General

We only accept orders by registered customers of at least 18 years of age. Age verification systems (AgeChecked) are in place to ensure that no minors may place orders at this platform. Customers residing in the Republic of Armenia cannot place any orders at odenssnus.eu.

The maximum order size is 10 boxes (e. g. 240 rolls or 2400 single cans). Destination country’s possibly lower import limits or restrictions need to be observed. Contact your local customs authorities for information.

Prices

When ordering to EU member countries, applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed during checkout. VAT will be collected, declared and paid to the respective tax authorities by the seller of the products. The seller and their full information, including VAT ID, is being displayed in full on the checkout page. No data will be released to the seller prior to a customer confirming order placement.

Important notice for American Express cardholders: According to AMEX requirements, orders need to be placed using EUR for a successful transaction.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

Nets Easy – VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Klarna.

American Express (EUR) – Amex payment via Acba Bank.

Bank Wire (IBAN/BIC) – instructions for payment will be emailed separately after order placement. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 10 calendar days.

COD (Cash on Delivery) – payment to be made to UPS upon delivery of an order.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests have to be sent as soon as possible, either from within the customer account using the cancellation request feature (preferred) or, alternatively, by email to our support team at support@odenssnus.eu. The following subject line should be used to facilitate speedy processing of such requests : “Order xxxxxx – Cancel“.

IMPORTANT: Orders that have already been processed and shipped can no longer be cancelled..

Order Returns

As products sold are perishable goods, no product returns can be accepted. Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us in case of problems BEFORE the order is being shipped. In case of an incorrect or faulty product however, please contact support at support@odenssnus.eu immediately for a solution.

Delivery

UPS Standard with an estimated transit time of 2 – 5 business days from time of shipping
UPS Express Saver with a scheduled transit time of 1 – 2 business days from time of shipping

Privacy

We will not hand out nor sell any customer information to 3rd parties. As a customer, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We do not accept responsibility for any consequences if your account is being accessed by someone else.

Any orders placed using another person’s account without that person’s agreement and causing economical or other damage will be reported to the police.
