General

We only accept orders by registered customers of at least 18 years of age. All orders have to be placed using our web store. Odenssnus.com does neither ship nor sell to customers residing in the Republic of Armenia.

The maximum order size is 10 boxes (e. g. 240 rolls or 2400 single cans). Destination country’s possibly lower import limits or restrictions need to be observed. Contact your local customs authorities for information.

Prices

When ordering to EU member countries, the respective VAT will be calculated.

Important notice for American Express cardholders: According to AMEX requirements, orders need to be placed using EUR for a successful transaction.

When ordering to non-EU countries, additional costs like e. g. customs duties, VAT and possibly further taxes may apply when reaching the destination country. Customers are liable for payment of any such cost. Packages that cannot be delivered due to non-payment or import regulations will not be returned to the sender, but confiscated and destroyed in the destination country without refund or compensation.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

Mastercard, card payment via Ameriabank.

American Express (EUR), Amex payment via Acba Bank. According to AMEX requirements, orders need to be placed using EUR for a successful transaction.

VISA Card Payment, card payment via Nets Branch Sweden (516407-4709). The payment will show up as “Scandinavian Premium Tobacco Manufacturing AB” on the card statement.

COD (Cash on Delivery), with payment to be made to UPS upon delivery of an order.

International SWIFT bank wire, instructions for payment will be emailed separately after order placement. Payment has to be made within 14 days, or the order will be cancelled.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests have to be sent as soon as possible, either from within the customer account using the cancellation request feature (preferred) or, alternatively, by email to our support team at support@odenssnus.com. The following subject line should be used to facilitate speedy processing of such requests : “Order xxxxxx – Cancel“.

IMPORTANT: Orders that have already been processed and shipped can no longer be cancelled..

Delivery

UPS Standard with an estimated transit time of 3 – 5 business days from time of shipping
UPS Express Saver with a scheduled transit time of 1 – 2 business days from time of shipping

Customs duties and taxes

If ordering to a destination where packages incur import duties and/or taxes (e. g. non-EU countries), customer as the importer is responsible for payment of any such cost prior to or upon delivery, as per required by UPS and/or customs authorities.

Packages that cannot be delivered due to non-payment or import regulations will not be returned to the sender, but confiscated and destroyed in the destination country without refund or compensation.

Privacy

We will not hand out nor sell any customer information to 3rd parties. As a customer, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We do not accept responsibility for any consequences if your account is being accessed by someone else.

Any orders placed using another person’s account without that person’s agreement and causing economical or other damage will be reported to the police.
